In front of a roaring log fire in our elm beamed Mill House
Every plate is designed to be a discovery of seasonality, with a running narrative explaining the ingredients


5.30am onwards The Mill House will be open all day for complimentary teas, coffee etc.

6am Cross country course challenge (optional – you don’t have to!)

We have various routes through the farm designed by Jacko, ex Royal Marine and PT to special forces

8am Two hour farm and environment guided walk

10.30 Brunch with a running commentary by our nutritionist

11.30 – 3.00 Options of hosted meditation, yoga, art and music making sessions

3.00 – 6.00 Cookery session

All are invited to help prepare the feast for a night to remember to suit all tastes – for example a seafood paella featuring fresh fish from named boats, a Pedigree Gloucester beef casserole, a vegetarian chunky soup, a tasting cheeseboard from 15 plus artisan cheese producers, home made breads using flour from a named farm, fresh juices, and home made chocolate from a named cocoa farm.

7 – Late Campfire Feast

The highlight of the weekend, we serve ourselves our feast through the evening around a large camp fire. Musical instruments, singalong sheets and games all add to the occasion. See in the new day if you can! Escape in the moments found in the simplest pleasures, further away from your everyday than any ski resort or tropical island. Shelter is next door, hunky blankets are provided. This evening is designed to be a memory.

Fasting morning (to appreciate lunch)

7am Cross country course challenge (better your time from yesterday!)

9am Three hour expedition to meet one of our producers on farm and enjoy a guided walk

1.00pm A Sunday Roast showcasing the best of English produce for vegans vegetarians and meat eaters!

2.30pm on. Board games, fun until you decide to leave, complete with a goody bag
